I built Compliance Ready because I managed compliance the same way you do. ISO audits in spreadsheets, corrective actions chased over email, evidence stored in a shared drive nobody could find anything in. I built the platform I wished existed.
I've been in your position.
I spent years as an HSEQ manager running compliance programmes across manufacturing and logistics sites. ISO audits prepared in spreadsheets. Complaints tracked in inboxes. Corrective actions assigned, then quietly lost. Every six months, the same audit preparation panic. Every week, the same question: “Has anyone closed that action yet?”
I looked at the market. The basic tools were glorified spreadsheets with a slightly better interface. The enterprise platforms required a six-month implementation project, a dedicated consultant, and a budget that would raise eyebrows in any medium-sized business. Nothing was built for teams of 15 to 150 people who just needed something that actually worked, without the overhead.
So I built Compliance Ready. It is a new platform, built from the ground up on modern technology. I am not retrofitting a 20-year-old codebase or bolting modules together from separate acquisitions. Every part of it was designed so that corrective actions, incidents, audits, and complaints all talk to each other, because in real compliance work, they do.
